By downloading, installing, or using the Churki application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of the Service
Churki provides AI-generated astrological insights based on Vedic Jyotish traditions. These insights are for informational and entertainment purposes. They should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters. Astrological predictions, by their nature, are not guarantees of future events.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Churki. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your credentials or use another person's account without permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Churki's services. Prohibited activities include: attempting to reverse-engineer the AI, using automated tools to scrape content, submitting false information, using the service for any illegal purpose, or attempting to harm other users or the platform.
5. Subscription and Payments
Churki offers a free tier and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Refund policies follow Apple and Google's respective guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, AI models, branding, and technology within Churki are the exclusive property of Churki and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Churki is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any astrological guidance provided. Use of the service is at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Churki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including decisions made based on astrological guidance provided.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
