When you use Churki, we collect: • Birth details (date, time, location) — required to generate your Kundali • Device identifiers — for app functionality and analytics • Usage data — to improve the product experience • Chat conversations — processed in real-time and optionally stored if you enable history We do NOT collect financial information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data beyond what you voluntarily share in chat.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used exclusively to: • Generate and display your personalized Kundali and predictions • Power AI-based astrological guidance through your chat sessions • Send daily horoscope notifications (if you enable them) • Improve Churki's accuracy and features We never use your data for advertising targeting by third parties.
3. Data Security
Your privacy is sacred to us: • End-to-end encryption for all chat messages • AES-256 encryption for data stored at rest • Incognito Mode: zero conversation history — we cannot access or store these chats • Regular security audits by independent third parties • No data sold to advertisers or data brokers — ever
4. Data Retention
• Kundali data: Retained until you delete your account • Chat history: 90 days by default; configurable in Settings • Incognito chats: Never stored (immediate deletion after session) • Account deletion: All your data is permanently erased within 30 days
5. Your Rights
